Job Desc :

• Menetapkan standard keselamatan kerja di lingkungan proyek
• Melakukan pengawasan dan pencegahan pelanggaran keselamatan di lingkungan proyek
• Memberikan teguran kepada pekerja yang melanggar peraturan keselamatan kerja
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan dan pemeliharaan kesehatan, keselamatan dan sistem lingkungan
• Memastikan standar yang diamati
• Melakukan analisis statistik mendalam
• Bisa menentukan risiko dan siap menghadapinya
• Mengusulkan solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku dan kebijakan perusahaan
• Memastikan penerapan SOP dari SHE
• Siap memberikan arahan Safety Talk sebelum pekerjaan dimulai

Requirements :

• Usia 35 – 40 tahun
• S1 Teknik Sipil, S1 Teknik Lingkungan yang berkompeten
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 Tahun di posisi HSE di dunia Tambang
• Jujur, bekerja keras, serta disiplin
• Dapat bekerja sendiri maupun secara team
• Siap ditempatkan di Site Lahat Sumatera Selatan
• Diutamakan yang memiliki Sertifikat HSE ( K3 Umum / K3L)
